Tenant Services Overview


Thank you for choosing to rent a home through Realty Group Property Management. We take pride in the homes we manage and want to assure you that we will treat you in a professional and friendly manner. We also hope that you will feel as though this is your home.

We provide tenants with 24-hour access at 301-921-2668 in case of an emergency; such as emergency HVAC repair or broken plumbing. Repairs are done as soon as possible. However, please use your best judgment in determining what is or is not an emergency situation. We also have a Maintenance Request Form you are welcome to submit for non-emergencies.

Please do not ever hesitate to ask questions; we prefer to have a clear understanding at the outset than a misunderstanding later. Our regular business hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our phone number is 301-921-2663 and anyone in our office will be more than willing to speak with you.
